Does anyone know how long gingerbread biscuits last. I want to bake some ahead of time however, I don’t know how far ahead I can prepare them. How long do Gingerbread biscuits last? Thank you!

  • Mine usually don’t last long after I’ve made them :)

  • At least one week in an airtight container.

  • I would say 2 weeks would be a good time frame!

  • I don’t know exactly. If stored in an airtight container, you should be right to keep them at least a week

  • 1-2 weeks, careful of moths

  • Maybe freeze the dough and then use; dough keeps well.

  • Gingerbread last for ages and ages. Keep it in an airtight container.

  • I bought some in a sealed container that had a use-by date for 6 months after I bought them
    One pack I opened later than that and they were still perfect. I also would try freezing some.

  • If in a sealed container such as Tupperware, they keep for ages. You can also freeze or freeze the dough and only thaw when ready to bake. I hope this helps.
