  • I would say 2 naps at approx. 2 hours each. But as long as they are getting enough sleep in the 24hour period.

  • My kids both had 2 until about 1 year. One about 10.30am and one at 2.00pm

  • Our daughter would have 3 naps per day at 7 months, ranging from 40-60 minutes each nap

  • Think it totally depends on the child, it’s daily routine, amount of hours it sleeps in the night etc. My eldest slept for about 2 hours, my son had never a real day sleep, maybe dozed of for 5 minutes but that was it. My 3rd had a wee sleep, but not much. My youngest had 1 solid day sleep lasting 4 hours at that age.

  • 2 ????

  • Its usually around two. A morning and an afternoon sleep
