  • Good luck with it. Im relectant to take on a 3rd job because its hard to juggle the 2 i already have. Id ask the tax accountant

  • Yes, it deoends on which tax bracket you come under. You may be still in the low income bracket and not have to pay any tax. Also you have to be careful not to overdo it and become tired and run down.

  • It depends on the salary you make from each one and what tax bracket you fall into. But you will need to pay back at tax time I would say. I work a fulltime job & casual weekend and always pay back at tax time.

  • I would be making sure it’s worth it financially having that many jobs. The amount of tax you would be paying would be crazy!

  • It depends on how you can manage the job. I was working two casual jobs once while taking center link payments and then I realize that its not worth it because at the end I am not actually earning as much as am working because of all the deductions so I quit the jobs and waited until I get a full time job.

  • Yes u are ri8 its not worth at a taking many jobs

  • good for you working 3 casual jobs, if you like them and your not feel rushed, tired, mentally exhausted from attending all 3 then keep doing what your doing.

Highly recommend just setting up a meeting with an accountant who can give you the best tips and advice with regards to tax etc

If your not happy with the 3, could you look at getting something full time or part time with the same amount of hours?

  • If you can still lead a balanced work/family lilfe, then it’s fine.

  • If you have to pay for child care or are getting Govt funds at all it may not be worth it. In fact you may be worse off I know a Dad who managed to get a casual job for 3 days. As he had to start work before public transport started running he had to drive his little car. The amount Centrelink deducted because of the amount he earnt he would have been better off financially if he hadn’t worked at all. He was hoping it may lead to him getting a permanent job with the same company later………..You may end up paying as much tax s your 3rd job earns you.

  • i would check with an accountant. I have a full time job and a casual job and at times that gets difficult but they are in different industries. Might be easier if all in the same industry in terms of your deductions.

  • Not sure sorry maybe seek Professional assistance

  • I would be most worried about the amount of tax you’ll be paying. While each job might not be earning much on its own, you’ll be surprised how much tax payments will increase when all three are combined

  • Depends on if the amount you are earning after tax is worth it. Also do you have enough time for yourself and your loved ones? Only you can decide what’s right for you.

  • Depends how much you are getting paid and if you love it. 3 jobs for me wasn’t worth the sleep deprivation and made more a mess of my mental health

  • depending on how much you’re working at each one really.
You might get taxed heavily week to week but come the end of financial year if you’ve been over taxed you will get a return.

At the end of the day paying tax is a good thing because it means you are earning.
