How to get rid of haemorrhoids without visiting a doctor?

Hello!

Since having my son, I have a small tic-tac sized haemorrhoid that I can’t get to go away. It isn’t painful, but I’m embarrassed my husband might see it if he goes anywhere near there so I’ve been very self-conscious. Cream doesn’t make it disappear and I’m 8 months pp, will I need to have it removed or is there something I can do to make it go away?

I have had haemorrhoid surgery to band them and would not do it again as the first time it did not work and I still have them now but the sheer pain after surgery and the amount of blood I lost is not worth going through again

Have you tried suppositorities with the cream? Often combined they work better on the tougher ones. Lots of water and fibre in your diet to prevent straining when going to the loo

Apparently they are very common and next time you visit your doctor it may be worth getting it checked. good luck.

gently push them back in yourself, with the help of Vaseline or similar. all will be good!
