How to get rid of stretch marks without using bio oil or creams?

I didn’t use any products for stretch marks while pregnant. I don’t want to spend money on products.

You won’t get rid of them completely once you have them. Tans make them less obvious and that’s the only thing I can know other than vitamin E cream.
