  • I would say a combination of factors; a healthy diet, enough water, plenty of exercise, enough sun on your face, good nights of sleep, setting priorities, enough family and me-time to do things you like and build friendships

  • Get an iron infusion. Takes about an hour, worth paying for if your doctor doesnt bulk bill. I pay $150. Maybe get a blood test first to see if you are deficient in iron, B12, vitamin D etc to pin down the cause.

  • Perhaps have your electrolytes checked with a blood test to make sure everything is okay.

  • Maybe try eating cleaner more veg and protein more water and a short daily walk …i know this helped me

  • A celery juice every morning on an empty stomach will give you energy, also a good salad every day , eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies rather than processed “dead” food. If you include fresh foods more you will get the life force from them, if you can get home grown or straight from the market even better, or grow some sprouts. Eating lots of greens will help, especially spinach, need to eat raw, I chop it up and put it on top of my dinners. Also a big issue is dehydration, if you are dehydrated which most people are you will feel more tired. Try having coconut water.

  • check in with your doctor. can you get into a good sleep routine and eat healthy? Try that :)

  • have you had your iron and folate levels checked lately? this can contribute to low energy.

  • Definitely check your vitaman levels, and general bloods. Will give a good indication of ehat your body may be lacking, but if you venture out looking for vitmamins, juice plus i reccomend 100% and thats not from a selling point, i take the stuff and it does wonders for my health!

  • Take a good sleep and nap take care of ur food

  • How are you sleeping, firstly? Have you been to your Dr for a blood test to check your iron and vitamin levels

  • Firstly I’d get a blood test to double check Vitamin D and iron, really common deficiencies linked to feeling tired..of both are great then maybe try meditation or mindfulness techniques before bed :) I also have an eye mask that has lavender that’s calming so I sleep better…a good nights sleep makes you feel better :) I also try and cut down on processed foods and turn to natural sugars from fruits :)

  • I find that if I bulk up on protein more then I feel like I have more energy. It works for me.

  • Get the dr to check your iron levels. I was feeling this way too and was severely lacking in iron. Since correcting with tablets, I feel so much better. The dr can rule out anything else going on too.

  • I organise my days and that gives me time to relax which means not being exhausted.
Maybe organising and scheduling will help? :) Sorry to hear you are exhausted.

  • Sadly it’s part and parcel of being a parent. It get easier as the kids get older, but doesn’t really end til they move out.
