Firstly I’d get a blood test to double check Vitamin D and iron, really common deficiencies linked to feeling tired..of both are great then maybe try meditation or mindfulness techniques before bed :) I also have an eye mask that has lavender that’s calming so I sleep better…a good nights sleep makes you feel better :) I also try and cut down on processed foods and turn to natural sugars from fruits :)
