  • I’ve just recently won a box of olive leaf extract products. These are meant to be wonderful immune boosters and so natural. Haven’t been taking them long enough to say how good they are, will keep you posted

  • I put vicks on my children’s feet, increase their vitamin c intake as well as placing a cut onion on their window sill and under their bed. I also make sure the room is shut up before 5pm and making sure the room is warm.

  • lots of fluids fresh fruit and vegetables and share the sunlight for an hour or two, wash or air pillows bed linen and don’t have an perfumes/heavy smells around the child
keep reasonably warm no over loading of clothes
    all the very best

  • I usually keep some kids chewable multivitamins in the cupboard and while I don’t give them to my little one all the time, I make sure to when he has a cold or when he’s having a fussy period food wise (just in case he’s not getting all the nutrients he needs during those times).

  • When miss 18months has a cold, I give her a drink with honey, lemon, cinnamon and warm water. She loves it because she thinks she’s having a tea with mummy and I swear it shortens her colds. Hope that helps xox
