  • I know that this may sound odd but we never have our children a choice. Once they moved to finger food they were eating the same as we were. Stir fry, curries, casseroles and more. If they didn’t eat it, anything untouched was wrapped and served the next day for lunch And, at dinner they just got what we were eating that night again. The process repeats until they simply eat from hunger and they then develop their palette for a wider variety of food.

    It is funny to think about what a Western issue this is. When you look at it from the perspective of other cultures – Asian and Middle Eastern for example, I can only imagine them shaking their heads and saying, “We gave them what we eat. There was no choice and no special treatment.”


  • Adding different spices and herbs can make a massive difference! I frequently use herbs such as parsley and italian herbs. Even adding small sauce portions tomato, bbq, mustard etc.
