Love to hear all your feedback on how to make fluffy but thick pancakes has someone got a recipe they can share, tips and useful advise.

  • Use SRF, buttermilk and let the mixture rest for a little while before you use it. Try to incorporate some air into it when mixing to make it fluffy


  • Yes leave the batter sit for a while. Also when you add more egg it should become a bit thicker


  • make the batter a bit thicker with more flour then add a little bit of vinegar and bi carb

  • I didn’t realise you had to leave the mixture sit for a while. Will give it a go.


  • Jamie Oliver’s always works for he. Cup of flour, cup of milk and an egg. Let mixture rest for a bit before cooking


  • I use buttermilk and let my mixture sit for 20 minutes before making my pancakes. Thick and fluffy and yummy. Will find my recipe when home and post.
