  • I have a 3 slot basket, 1 for towels, 1 for whites and 1 for darks makes it very easy when putting the washing on :)

  • Less is more I think.
Keep it as a blank canvas. Buckets under the trough, Powder/spray/soaker on bench. Laundry baskets under bench – 1 for whites, 1 for socks/jocks/towels, 1 for regular clothes. Ironing board hung up on wall behind door.
    Keep it simple.

  • To keep it tidy I keep it simple – one package of each product, only. This is my method: One washing liquid, one Napisan, one fabric softener, one fabric spray ( though I find washing liquid directly on stain is better so I will no longer buy spray). Same for the clothes etc, one basket of whites, one for darks, when they are full-ish(sometimes piles up) they are washed. Sorting linen from each person’s clothes is done while hanging and collecting

  • I am a washing freak and coulor sorter so I know what will be the biggest load and when I hang them out I hang my clothes together Hubbies the same all towels together and in matching coulors and also the tea towels as well as all sock hung together in pairs. Sheets and pillow cases again together.
This way I fold them in order as I take them of the line and in the basket they are pit in Hubbies mine towels tea towels.
Why I do it this way is the first cupboard I go past is for the sheets pillow cases donas then the next cupboard I go past is where the tea towels live than I go to my towel cupboard and put the towels face cloths bath mats. Than I hand Hubby his and tell him to put them away and than mine.
I f you have little room put you clothes in containers and the out of season clothes into the vacume seal bags

  • I have to go outside to get to our laundry so pretty much just do what I need to do and sort it out on the dining table! The only thing we do have though is a couple of cupboards for the cleaning and laundry products that we’ve bought in bulk

  • I found that if I had small baskets for each child then as I fold their clothes they go from the main basket to the childs basket which is then taken to their room for unloading into their cupboard.

  • To organise my laundry I sort out all the darks from the whites. Then I pile all towels, t towels, tablecloths etc into another pile. For delicates, I keep them separately (for hand washing). I then wash each load according to their colour.
