Hello!

Spending time doing crafty things with children are some of the most rewarding moments you can have. I love having a conversation while they are using their creative side. Anyone else feeling crafty? What projects are you working on?

  • I love art and craft!!! I seriously feel like a nerd/granny whenever I admit this to anyone but I don’t care lol.
I love scrapbooking the most. I don’t know how many people print out photos these days but I think it’s nicer than just having them on your phone as really, how often will you look through them on your phone, plus I’m sure people delete them for more memory.
It’s nice when you get the kids to do it with pictures of them and their friends and family. They’ll have a blast and remember all of the good times!

  • With my eldest 2 I used to sit for afternoons drawing with them :)

  • I used to do all sorts of crafts with my daughter, and lots of experiments too. My favourite was making papier mache animals.

  • I don’t know why , but neither of my children really found arts subjects interesting , so you are lucky . I learnt a lot on Utube and learnt the basics of crotchet, knitting and some sewing . The hard part is keeping practise !

  • I wish I was a craft person. Your kids are very lucky :)

  • I do! I love craft.

  • Has a wonderful group craft day yesterday! :)

  • Always crafty and creative and always have projects on the go – working on printing.

  • My little girl is only 20 months old but I have recently gone to Spotlight and purchased a big bag of bits and pieces so we can do some drawing, painting, gluing etc.

I plan on googling and checking out pinterest to get some specific ideas/ plans for craft projects. Wish me luck!

  • I miss the afternoon spent doing crafts with my kids

  • We’re going through a cardboard box phase at the moment. The cardboard box changes from a castle one day to a car the next. Not very crafty I suppose but very imaginative and we decorate it accordingly!

  • I always feel crafty and generally have several projects on the go.

  • i love crafting things for events like easter or christmas and it helps to get the kids into the spirit

  • We like to do French knitting.

  • Over the years my girls and I have had much fun crafting. From painting eggs at easter to making salt dough ornaments for the christmas tree.
We’ve made paper beads for bracelets or painted pasta shapes for necklaces.
As they got older I could teach them to crochet and knit.
