  • I say this with love, you get a real diagnosis. Your symptoms are real but fibromyalgia is a diagnosis that is so vague and is given when doctors cant be bothered to look after you properly. You will have something else causing the pain.

  • I’ve now been dealing with Fibromyalgia for over 30 years and still find it hard to cope. There are good days and bad days but I just keep putting one foot in front of the other. I have B12 injections every 2 months which does help me. Problem is that certain treatments don’t work for everyone. Gentle exercise can help but there are times even that is impossible. First step is to find a great doctor who believes that Fibro is an illness and you’re one step in the right direction.

  • I have two cousins with fibromyalgia. One choos s to avoid movement because of the pain, the other eats well and has regular gym workouts. Mentally and physically, the second one seems to be coping best

  • I have heard yoga or Pilates can help. Even acupuncture.

  • Have you read any of Anthony William’s books, look him up and you might find your answers.

  • From observing a friend with fibro it’s a day at a time she has great days and not so great days diet abd fitness are important..do what you can when you can x
