  • Yes any processed food especially Deli cold meats and frozen Food like nuggets pies etc

  • Pretty much anything that doesn’t come in a packet ( or is processed). So, fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meats, especially chicken and fish, eggs, nuts, seeds and sprouts. etc. Fresh salads are amazing when its hot. Just watch the dressings.

  • Fresh fruit and veggies – not very fancy, but definitely healthy!

  • Just eat fresh wholesome foods. Fresh fruit, fresh veggies, meat. Cook from scratch, avoid sugar and unhealthy fats. Avoid over eating and make time to exercise. It all helps

  • Maybe streams broccoli with a pinch of salt and a drizzle of oil

  • I would recommend adding avocados and/or eggs to your diet as these will keep you full and are full of vitamins and healthy fats.

  • Whole foods. The less processed crap you eat, the better you feel. I don’t buy anything that has more than 3 ingredients because that stops it being food and it becomes a food product. I love searching cook books for recipes that simply combine whole foods to create a delicious meal.

  • Overnight oats are a favorite of mine that make sure I eat breaky

  • Fresh foods, veggies, fruit, meat. Cook from scratch so you know exactly what’s going in your meals. Avoid sugar, processed foods, high fat and takeaways

  • Protein! Ensuring you eat an adequate amount of protein every day is super important. I wouldn’t say there’s one specifically impressive health food, but supergreens are another great supplement to have daily. They help with energy and ensuring your body is getting enough vital nutrients :)

  • Fruit, vegetables and real meat. I feel so much better once I get enough.

  • Fresh fruit and vegetables. And eliminate all white products – milk, white bread, cheese, cream, white potatoes, white flour, white sugar. Healthier options – multigrain/wholemeal bread, sweet potato, wholemeal flour, raw sugar.

  • Avoid anything processed and pre made. Cook your own food from scratch using fresh fruit and veggies. You don’t need to spend heaps on so-called “superfoods” to be healthy

  • Fruit and veggies, avocado, eggs and nuts. And fermented foods, like kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, tempeh and the like.

  • Water and anything not processed is the best health food I believe.
