  • I think long term leads to arthritis



  • I’ve heard it’s okay and doesn’t do any damage. Not sure if that’s true though.

  • From the research I’ve read is that it’s just the gas between the joints that makes the cracking noise. Chiropractors crack all parts of your body and there doesn’t seem to be anything detrimental to your health.
