This might be and I’m not saying it is but it could be your iron defficiant as you baby is ducking nutrients from you as he feeds and grows so it might be a good idea to take supplements or eat more foods for this reason
You may get stretching pain and suffer from head aches, but if they get worse oli would go to your doctor, the head aches could be a blood pressure issue, you would want to know early if it is. Preeclampsia is not something to mess with if it is your blood pressure
It’s been a while since you posted Aida …so I am hoping that your pregnancy is coming along well.
Just remember to write down any questions you have and ask at your appointment …All the very best to you and bub.
headaches are a major symptom of pregnancy and cramping can be your uterus stretching and also ligaments around it moving and stretching. if there is no blood there usually is no problem but if you are worried talk to your doctor. oh and if you have a severe headache for more than 4 hours (that doesn’t improve with panadol) go the the emergency room you are probably severely dehydrated
The body does some amazing things while pregnant, always check with your GP regarding any concerns you may have though. There is a lot of stretching and relaxing of muscles and ligaments in the early stages, this can feel quite significant.
Absolutely! It’s quite normal but if you do have any concerns as your GP on next visit. No question is silly. With my first child I would write down any concerns I had & address them with GP/midwives on next check up. A phone call to my mum always help as well ????
There are also help lines/ information lines for advice if you have any concerns about pregnancy. Maybe call one for advice and then follow up with your GP. There is a lot of help and support out there for mums/mums to be.
Always best to check immediately with your GP – any concerns should be addressed with them to put your mind at ease and to check on any possible problems.
Absolutely. I experienced the same symptoms while I was pregnant, worrying that something was wrong….but the dr told me it was completely normal, with all the changes my body was going through.
If the pain persists or gets worse, however- I would definitely consult with your dr. Better safe than sorry!
