One daily tablet has improved my symptoms over the last few months. I tried special cramp relieving tablets and they did not work.

  • You can buy magnesium bath salts that work really well.


  • I take 1 Warner’s magnesium tablet daily and 1 calcium tablet every 2nd or 3rd day. to much calcium is not good for your heart.
