  • The one time we had turkey buffet, it was an already cooked and honed turkey breast. I basically had to heat it through. No bones means it was really easy to carve, like a hot knife through butter

  • Unless you really want the bones you are better off getting turkey breast roll. It is a little more per kg. but by the time you remove the weight of the bones it is about the same price or even cheaper. It takes less time to cook and is easier to carve. I’m not sure if you get Ingham breast roll already stuffed or not.

  • yes as long as you don’t burn it and use a knife:-) It does turn out pretty tender

  • This type of roast feeds many tummies too!

  • This style of roast is usually easy to cook and carve.

  • My mother in law does one every year and says that it is easy to cook and carve as long as you have a decent sharp knife :)

  • Yes it’s great
