Short-term there are over-the-counter products you can get (canesten being a readily available one) to help straight away. Also make sure you are on a probiotic like innerhealth for the duration of the antibiotics. Long term, I was also told to cut down on my sugar consumption when I used to get the dreaded thrush quite frequently. This included white bread which I found surprising. Once I cut down on my sugar intake and ate wholemeal or multigrain breads I found I stopped getting it. Best of luck! :)
