ive just bought a new cook book from Australian Womens Weekly – Food for Fit and Healthy Kids that gives all this information in the font of the book. Also I found the CSIRO Total Wellbeing Diet for Kids very helpful too. Maybe google CSIRO diet and AWW too. These two books are my failsafes for feeding my 3.5 year old and eventually my 5 month old. Great information and great healthy recipes. Hope this helps :-)
