Hello!

Has anyone been using youfoodz as a weightloss aid? Did it work ? Was it good quality and nice tasting ?

  • I like some of the youfoodz meals. The buffalo chicken us quite nice. Some of the meals are pretty average, but I guess it depends on what you like. Some are more filling than others. On occasion I order a bunch of them online to be delivered, and other times I just grab one from Coles.

  • They are ok nice and tasty but very small portion. Also very expensive so if your on a,low income not really viable. I have occasionally bought one from my local foodland but $$$$ stops me doing it often.

  • They were nice for me but too small so I always added a bag of mixed veggies to make them bigger

  • I don’t know much about it so interested in others views.

  • I’ve never heard of it. If you are required to buy ready made meals for yourself, I can picture this being very expensive. And not easy if you have kids and a partner and have to source separate meals for them

  • Are they frozen meals? What are the nutritional values like in quality. Food with the wrong type of carbohydrates will make it difficult for you to lose weight. Some fill you up only for a short time before you feel hungry again.

  • its expensive and wasn’t happy with the quality of the food – would prefer to do meal planning myself

  • I haven’t tried it but interested to hear what others say!

  • We are a family of 3 adults and were using youfoodz, whilst it did seam to help with weight a little bit, it wasn’t dramatic. It was a bit expensive and the variety wasn’t the best.

  • I’ve seen it at Aldi for sale, they look like really healthy and balanced meals

  • We tried this more from a “don’t need to think” reason but depending on what you struggle with to lose weight, it could help with providing balanced fresh (non processed) meal options. Lite n Easy helped me with weight loss

  • Very expensive. If you’re wanting something for weight loss you are better off doing meal preps for much cheaper

  • I haven’t used it for a weight loss program as it is to expensive to me. But I’ve tried the odd meal and they are delicious!! I loved them! I use them for my lunch occasionally.

  • Gosh sorry the title got me in. No sorry I have not heard of this till now. It’s a balanced diet for me.

  • It’s great if you can get a discount deal to make it a bit cheaper. I found the meals best for lunch as they weren’t filling enough for me at dinner time.
