Hello!

Looking for bedwetting alarms. Are they better if they’re wireless or with the connector?

  • Not sure about the wireless ones, but have just started using a Welcare unit which has the wire connecting the alarm on an armband to the clip that goes onto undies. So far so good, am already seeing my son wake before he’s too wet, but the armband is quite hard to adjust and the clip is really difficult to clip on and off, he can’t do it without my help. Still undecided if I’d recommend this unit.

  • we used the one with the wire for our daughter. at 6 she didn’t mind the wire and was a deep sleeper that it didn’t matter. it comes apart really easy so didn’t get in the way.

  • I would think a wireless one would be less invasive, less noticeable

  • Never used one. As a bed wetter, I eventually grew out of it, without alarms or charts or anything like that
