  • Yes. Motivation can be hard at the best of time, and when it’s leading up to Christmas you are usually more busy and stressed which makes it harder. Just remember Christmas passes and then you can get back to normal life.

  • No, Christmas is not impacting my motivation

  • I Iike to just relax and enjoy Christmas and worry about that afterwards!!!

  • I lose motivation on a daily basis! It’s so hard to be good in a world full of bad! I’ll keep trying tho

  • Yes, but its mind over matter. You just have to tell your mind you can do it no matter what.

  • I feel you!

  • I’ve had moments like this but the book The 5 second rule by Mel Robbins helped me out of just plotting along, give it a go…I really enjoyed listening to it on Audible!

  • Yes I have !!! I made myself go to the gym last night for the first time in 2 weeks and am going to have to really push myself to keep up the walking and gym. I know it’s good for me but it’s such a tricky time of year and we’re all exhausted!

  • Yes!! Completely relate

  • Apart from Christmas Day when I will allow myself a few treats, my eating habits haven’t/won’t change. I find I get more exercise at this time of the year because of running around so much!

  • No, I keep up the same exercise and use moderation when it comes to festive foods.

  • To be honest healthy choices are a lifestyle for me now and I eat my treats when I want them so I don’t feel the need to go overboard. It has taken me three years to change my mindset about food tho

  • No I think it is important to eat healthy all the time and do not feel pressured to eat unhealthy food which will make you feel worse afterwards. Why let yourself go just because it is Christmas, exercise is really important for long term health too.

  • When the Christmas parties start and there isn’t a lot of healthy food around and you are hungry it becomes difficult if you won’t be home for awhile. Christmas Parties start too early. I know somebody who went to one on 1st Dec. The first one I’ve been invited to is a local community one on 11th Dec., then another on 15th Dec.

  • I certainly think it’s harder at this time of year. I remind myself that I also want to feel okay about my body at Chrstmas.
