Definitely fine to freeze – it’s one of my go-to’s when I’m having a cooking frenzy!!
Stick with an easy put it together recipe, rather than a jar as then you can choose your heat etc. I just cook the meat & sauce and add veggies and/or rice when reheating on the night but generally speaking, if you had it all in one container then it should be fine, just not quite like cooking it all fresh.
