Advice on how to boost drive and enetgy? I had IVF 8 years ago and also lost an ovary so my hormones are all over the place! I’ve trued HRT but it wasn’t for me.

  • Might be good to have your bloods taken and see if your blood value’s are ok.
    Some say Maca powder helps


  • Maybe also find some pages with information and forums? Sometimes these can be helpful when needing advice.


  • I don’t really have an answer – wish I did – but I’m trying pacing myself (ie not trying to do too much), and making sure some fun stuff is mixed in with all the stuff I “have” to do.


  • Maybe discuss all alternatives with a GP and possibly see others for advice.


  • you could always try horny goat weed for sex drive, you can buy it at the supermarket, my husband has tried the male one before and it definitely worked just , make sure it is safe with any other medications you might be taking

  • Exercise always helps – it boosts energy, and mood, particularly when you get your heart rate up and sweat


  • The heading says menopause, but the accompanying information doesn’t mention it. The major issues I’ve had going through menopause is the hot flushes and I’m finding it hard to sleep. I have read that magnesium helps symptoms, found in bananas and almonds. I’ve also heard that Apple cider vinegar can help too
