  • The critical thing is the age of your youngest child: if they’re bored or scared, you’re in trouble. Check out Disney classics, and anything by Pixar. We’ve recently started on 80s movies like Raiders of the Lost Ark and Back to the Future, but our youngest is finding some of those too scary. Comedies seem safest.

  • Disney have loads of great movies suitable for the whole family. From bub all the way up to granma

  • You can never go wrong with Disney classics.

  • Disney and Pixar movies are all good for families.

  • Disney have the best family friendly movies, great for the young ones as well as nan and pop

  • An all time favourite in our house is Baby’s Day Out, its a movie the whole family can enjoy.
We’re Back the dinosaur movie is another family favourite.
The Home Alone movies, Matilda, Mrs Doubtfire, Miracle On 34th Street, Smoky Mountain Christmas, The Santa Claus movies, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Mr Bean, Batman movies, Madagascar, Smurfs, The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe, A Pigs Tale, Babe 1 & 2, Charlotte’s Web, Jumanji, & don’t forget the classics Cinderella, Beauty & The Beast, Snow White & The Seven Dwarfs, The Magic Faraway Tree.

  • Disney/Pixar movies are usually great for all. But also consider Studio Ghibli movies like Ponyo and My Neighbor Totoro.

  • Love any disney or dreamworks movies, they are great fun and have some good laughs. Love Ice Age. I think it’s hilarious

  • Anything from Disney/Pixar! Both adults and children can relate to those movies.

  • Journey to the Centre of the Earth – any of the Muppet movies (theres heaps!) – The Spy Next Door – Kangaroo Jack – Stuart Little 1 & 2 – Spy Kids 1 -4 – Are We Done Yet? (mine love this one!) – Bedtime Stories – Look Whos Talking 1-3 – Richie Rich – Finding Nemo – How to Train Your Dragon – Enchanted – Kung Fu Panda – Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory – The Goonies – Hook – Matilda – Elf – Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1-3 – Little Rascals – Jumanji – The Santa Claus 1-3 – Back to the Future

  • I love the Rio and Madagascar movies!
