  • Snore strips, snore rings, nasal spray, separate rooms.

  • Yep, when it’s that bad I would go to the Gp and get a referral to get a sleep study done

  • Omg this also drives me nuts!! I kick him out to the spare room.

  • If it’s that bad I’d be check Ng in with your gp to see if there’s a medical reason.

  • There are strips you can get to put on your nose to help with snoring. They’re available at the chemist. You just stick them on your nose before going to sleep – they’re made to pull the nostrils open to help air flow.

  • Time to see his doctor about getting a sleep study done. He probably has sleep apnoea

  • My husband is a horrific snorer who uses a snoring machine. Hubby is a bigger man and I notice that if he loses a little bit of weight, his snoring isn’t as bad or at one point he completely stopped snoring altogether. If he puts more weight on, his snoring gets worse.

  • My husband was the same and did a sleep study where he found out he actually had sleep apnea. He now has a CPAP machine which has helped a lot. I recommend making an appointment with his GP and getting to the bottom of the problem.

  • I usually ask him to sleep on his tummy, that sometimes helps

  • A pillow? lol.
    My hubby snores as well.
    Things that may help:
    losing weight
    surgery
    Sleep apnea diganosis
    Sleep in a different room?

  • I would be putting bub in a separate room. Sleep there yourself too if you have

  • First up, there could be an underlying issue that’s causing him to snore. Get him to see his Dr first, who might Get him booked into a sleep Dr. They will hook him up and monitor his sleeping and everything.

  • Can you move him or the baby further away from each other? Buy more pillows so his airways may be less restricted.

  • Get him to sleep in another room maybe.

  • Is moving him to a seperate bed an option? It was a game changer for us
