Any hints & tips on how to manage nappy rash? Has anyone tried bi-carb soaks? What cream do you find works the best?

  • The best ointment/ cream I found to
Work the best was Calmoseptine Ointment or nappy goo ! The Calmoseptine Was my number one go to always cleared up my
Sons nappy rash!! Always try to
As much nappy free time as possible , good luck hope this helps

  • For mild nappy rash, I use Curash products. Egg white can be beneficial too. Be careful tho, what you think is harmless nappy rash could be thrush. I got caught out with that one

  • Just use a small cotton cloth, immerse it in water, then sprinkle some soda-bicarbona, and clean the rush. After that any cream should be good (bepanthene maibe).

  • Ensure the affected area stays dry too.

  • Curash seems to work well. Maybe get some samples from the chemist and try?

  • You can get nappy mate from chemists. It’s awsome stuff! It’s like a barrier cream (like sudocream) but also has healing properties in it to heal the rash as well as protect it. Unlike sudocream which I find to be quite a slippery cream that rubs off onto the nappy straight away, nappy mate is thick and stays on even after multiple nappy changes. I swear by it!

  • I am using curash nappy rash cream it works best for me.
