  • I really liked elevit from the few that I tried. I never had any bad symptoms with it and they kept all my levels up really well during pregnancy.

  • Definitely Elevit. I tried few others and got sick with the taste or smell of it. I also had some iron and magnesium tablets.

  • I dunno. there seems to be supplements for every darn thing nowadays. I don’t know how the species has survived until now LOL Eat healthily, exercise, be happy, talk to your baby as it is growing and you will be swell xx

  • There’s this new Elevit tablet which also helps with morning sickness. I think its a smaller tablet too so its easier to swallow.

  • I took Elevit with my first two and it actually made me quite a bit sick but death because of how much everyone says it’s good but third time round I tried blackmores vitamins and they were amazing, really made me feel good.

  • Not to sure but I hope other mums can help you. Good luck.

  • It varies. I could take the blackmore’s ones fine. but the elevit ones made me feel queasy. I also took mine before bed so if I was to start feeling sick I would hopefully sleep through it.

  • im lactose intolerant so couldn’t take a lot of the vitamins out there. my dr said the main ones are vitamin d and folic acid:)

  • i took iron vitamin c and folic acid

  • Folic acid is the only one I took,

  • what did you take in the end?

  • What did you end up taking?

  • find one you like and can afford – I only used them after to help with the breastfeeding

  • What did you end up choosing?

  • Folate is what we using for all 6 pregnancies
