My Legs drive me crazy at night mainly there not aching not pins and needles just the urge to keep moving find it hard to get sleep! Started while pregnant with son number 3

  • It does sound like restless leg. Magnesium supplements can help but you need to be careful if you have low blood pressure as it lowers blood pressure.


  • As well as the magnesium i also read that a block of soap in your bed also helps with restless legs.


  • Try magnesium supplements or eating a few cashews before bed. I’ve found this has helped with my legs.


  • Sounds really odd. it’s like they aren’t shutting down. Have you been to the doctor?


  • i get this as well it is extremely annoying i actually get up for a few minutes it does help otherwise lying there frustrates me and makes it worse.


  • I had something similar when I was pregnant, and it continue afterwards, after seeing a naturopath, I now take a magnesium supplement in powder form. Blackmores do one it takes like vitamin c tablets, and works really well. Worth a try. It does take a few days to kick in but worth it. Also it helps calm busy minds, if you have a lot going on.

  • I find that Magnesium tablets help Restless Legs Syndrome. I also have this syndrome and have discovered that the magnesium helps to settle them down – especially at night.


  • I get restless legs sometimes and when pregnant I had it all the time! I found taking a high dose magnesium supplement helped.


  • So I have recently been to the doctor after posting this question he has given me some tablets apparently its restless leg syndrome magnesium can help but he has given me some tablets to take called Paxam 0.5! Here’s hoping it helps cause im going crazy!
