I’ll wash new items separately in case the colour runs.

Only if the clothes are brand new and the colour may run. Otherwise no, all in together.

No except for a new white item l will wash by itself!

I only wash certain clothes separately because they tend to run or collect lint.

Towels always stay separate as they make a mess of whites and colours.

I do for crisp white clothes otherwise they grey.

It depends, it come down to if the colours are going to run, if the item is new I would separate it, however if it is old I would combine it, as it shouldn’t run

I have never done it, waste of time in my opinion, I wash clothes separate from towels and blankets etc but not colours.

I don’t seperate unless it is a brand new item. My mum told to place tea spoon of salt in the water as this some how can prevent the colors leaking onto the clothes.

I don’t separate and they seem fine to me. every now and again I will soak whites in with napisan before I put them in the wash if they need it.

I separate my clothes and keeps my whites whiter!!

Sometimes I do just depends what it is.

I still do, I think it keeps the whites brighter by not throwing in the pales with whites
