  • I have never had any problems and l don’t think it would be for sale if there was!

  • I don’t have a lot of microwave foods so it probably won’t have any adverse effects on me. I’m pretty sure, with health standards today, they wouldn’t let you use them if they were bad for you

  • I think you already know the answer! You can read up on it all you like & find heaps of info on both sides of the argument with each side keen to shoot down the points put out by the other. So take a look around you & notice all the sickness, disease, laziness & unfulfilled lives of those who live off the microwave & have come to nothing worth a damn… then go & sign up to eat an evening meal with a raw vegan or a fruitarian & notice the difference!!!

  • There is no proof of anything, however it is better for you body to cook fresh food that isnt cook in the microwave

  • Some say yes some say no really does depend on what you read. Other than that there is no real side effects from eating microwave food

  • I don’t think so but do be sure to use microwave safe containers to heat your food.

  • some say yes, others say no. Not sure what to believe, maybe the good old adage everything in moderation and it shouldn’t harm you :)

  • I don’t think there is any side affects that I am aware of .

  • i don’t think so but i try not to use the microwave as my main heating and cooking appliance

  • Have you checked the government websites for facts or research.

  • I think if you did or didnt do everything they say we would should we would never be alive.
I understand when they say standing in front of the mircowave but to cook food in it long term hmmm not so sure on that one.

  • I don’t think there are side effects

  • there is no radiation that is actually put into the food, but if you use plastics in there Yes it can cause cancer

  • I have been eating microwaved stuff for 3 decades, and no issues!

  • According to some people, it’s not the microwaving the food that can cause problems, it’s more the containers you use when you microwave the food, and any plastic wraps that you use as well. Here’s a link that might give you more detailed information …
