i would say the worst side effect is limited crappy meal choices. cook some fresh veggies / meat and enjoy a proper meal.

I have never had any problems and l don’t think it would be for sale if there was!

I don’t have a lot of microwave foods so it probably won’t have any adverse effects on me. I’m pretty sure, with health standards today, they wouldn’t let you use them if they were bad for you

I think you already know the answer! You can read up on it all you like & find heaps of info on both sides of the argument with each side keen to shoot down the points put out by the other. So take a look around you & notice all the sickness, disease, laziness & unfulfilled lives of those who live off the microwave & have come to nothing worth a damn… then go & sign up to eat an evening meal with a raw vegan or a fruitarian & notice the difference!!!

There is no proof of anything, however it is better for you body to cook fresh food that isnt cook in the microwave

I think if you did or didnt do everything they say we would should we would never be alive.
I understand when they say standing in front of the mircowave but to cook food in it long term hmmm not so sure on that one.
