Hello!

Hi. My 1 yr old is tiny and she’s walking around everywhere now and I’d like sturdy shoes for outside- especially for winter and rainy weather. Does any one know where to get size 1 (10-11cm)?

  • First walkers are great sturdy shoes with support and all sizes. Though they are expensive.

  • I would look online as well ! The Attipas baby shoe range is great

  • We used walnut shoes with our little girl and absolutely loved them. They are rubber based and so hard to wear out. Will be using hem with our little man when he’s big enough

  • A lot of stores will carry this size.

  • You can buy shoes that size just about anywhere. Target, Kmart, BigW, shoe stores. Try to not get shoes that are too hard on the sole. A bit of cushioning is good

  • Maybe try clarkes shoes, they have good walking shoes in all sizes.

  • Since good advice here

  • I found targets had a selection limited but it was there

  • We had tiny girls who walked early, starting at 9.5mths. We found Target stocked harder soled shoes in their baby shoes section (usually a little end of row display with packets of shoes).

  • Depending on how much you want to spend, kids and shoes shops have a great variety of shoes. But be careful putting her In really hard shoes, as her feet a just forming.

  • I like Clarks and Airflex shoes.

  • I would look for a rubber base shoe as when they are that little I feel that hard ones aren’t comfortable on their feet. Some little gumboots and some little sneakers should do the trick, most shoe stores should have both.

  • I found the easier you get them in rubber sole the better their feet adjust to walking in shoes properly.

  • I would say rubber shoes :)

  • I forgot to mention that My First Volley Pre Walker Canvas Shoes have a rubber sole. They are a perfect lightweight inexpensive first shoe for baby they do grow out of.
