  • Close the door and go and do the vaccuuming, I use to and everytime I had finished he was asleep.

  • I got a free cd from panadol and it works great. My daughter also likes the sounds on one of those light up toys with stars too.

  • Brahms, Mozart, Tchaikovsky, any gentle classical music is great to play for babies, or children of any age. Perhaps not ‘In the Hall of the Mountain King’ though when they’re trying to sleep ;D

  • I found nature sounds worked best

  • I found White Noise the most effective. The radio tuned to static worked really well or you can download apps for Baby White noise on your phone.

  • Nature sounds can be good or baby lullaby songs can do the trick as well.

  • We also tried nature setting music, but we found Pink Floyd and the Eagles worked really well.

  • We have all different types of music on our little ones mobile. We always use the nature setting which always seems to work for him and help him drift off to sleep! Perhaps you could find some nature sounds to play softly in his room.
