  • I have a under active thyroid and I’ve tried to eat what they say and then it’s not much difference to what I like eating. You can google and you will be amazed what information on your condition is available.

  • Borrow from the library or buy the book “Thyroid Healing” by Anthony William, he has so much information and recipes too. The book is life changing.

  • Look them up they’re quite easy and I’m not sure if it matters if your thyroid is over or under active whether foods may be different for each…. It depends but seeweed maybe good

  • Research it I’m no help or ask your GP

  • Maybe go to the library for some books on this topic or invest in some books from a bookshop?

  • A referral from a GP to a dietician might be helpful?

  • Have you been to a GP for a list of foods you can eat and a list of foods to avoid? Once you know, Google those ingredients for some great meal suggestions

  • Fruit, vegetables, fish, nuts, seeds… Some people say that nightshades (tomatoes and capsicums for example) are better to be avoided if you have thyroid problems, but as always is difficult to say. Other people also say to avoid gluten.
