Every child is different when it comes to toilet training. My first was three before she showed real commitment and interest in it. My two year old however is already showing interest. I can’t imagine having trained them any earlier than two.
In regards to healthy eating, kids love ‘snacky bite sized’ foods, so focus on finding or creating heathy options. My kids love grapes, or fruit loaf. Apricot balls are also a great option.
