  • same method as LYNZSTEVO uses – works well

  • i need and answer to this too

  • Usually an elbow to the ribs works for me lol, He’ll roll over and the snoring stops.

  • I just give mine a nudge, he’s not a chronic snorer though just every now and then!

  • I have this same problem, I try to roll my partner over to his side as he doesn’t seem to snore that way.

  • What did you end up doing?

  • I sometimes make them sleep in another room so I can get some sleep

  • i give my hubby a little shake to wake him up sufficiently to make him roll over without him “really” waking up.

  • try rolling him on his side, it works a treat here. Either that or a swift kick to the leg haha

  • Rolling him on his side helps him breathe better. Try raising the bed a bit with small blocks of wood (pillow end) helped my dad.

  • If rolling him on his side doesn’t help out, maybe try seeing a sleep doctor that can check for sleep apnoea. Or you could always use earplugs

  • What about going to the pharmacy and getting some breathe right strips to try. There is also a snore eeze spray and turning him in his side may help.

  • I always make my hubby sleep on his side as the snoring is worse if he is on his back. However if it is really bad have him see your GP as they might be able to help or refer him to a sleep specialist.

  • I would roll him over.. it usually works

  • have you tried nasal strip or nasal spray
