Hello!

I’m around 8 weeks pregnant with my second baby, (4th pregnancy) and I constantly feel sick, I’m not vomiting just constantly feel nautious. I’ve never had morning sickness like this before, with my son it was only for about an hour at night time for a couple of weeks. This baby is going on a month of non stop feeling sick. Anyone have anything they used that worked to stop the sick feeling? I have my 19 month old son and 3.5 yr old step son that lives with me, to look after and the sickness is driving me insane.

  • Keep some salty crackers (Jatz or Clix) next to your bed, so you can have a nibble before you get up in the morning. And I found sipping soda water helped too. Good luck honey, I know its awful but the result is definitely worth it :) xx

  • I had morning sickness (well all day) my whole pregnancy. I found a few things helped but nothing alleviated it. Seabands, water, ginger, ginger tea, blackmores morning sickness tablets, small frequent meals. If it gets bad see ur gp as there is medication. All the best x

  • Drink lots of water!

  • Try vitamin b6 it is suppose to help nausea

  • i hope your feeling better

  • I don’t think there is a known cure for morning sickness. I had nausea and just drank a lot of water and ate dry crackers. Sometimes good deep breathes would help too.

  • Hope you managed to get over the constant feeling of feeling nauseous.

  • I hope that you find some good answers for you

  • dry crackers may help, good luck

  • I too was like this, just awful. I ate ginger snap biscuits, drank tea and snacked on a very regular basis.

  • Some really good advice below – hope it has helped.

  • My sis in law swore by ginger biscuits for nausea.

  • Yes Ginger is a good thing to try and have if you like it

  • Try eating foods with ginger in it. If u find u can’t manage morning sickness, your doc can always prescribe anti-nausea tablets

  • I only had a small amount of nausea in my first pregnancy and it stopped after a few months. With my second pregnancy I was nauseous the whole way through. I only through up once, but other than that just constant nausea from morning until night, right up until my due date. Eat small, frequent meals is my best suggestion, and keep some snacks on hand in your cupboards, and in your handbag. I felt so much worse when my stomach was empty.
