“Can you please post a question about kids grinding their teeth! My three year old is constantly grinding them no matter what she is doing. Sitting on my knee and it sounds yuk. I know they are just milk teeth but it still can’t be good. Any ideas on why she does it or what I can do to get her to stop”

  • Yes, it’s hard. I catch my boy doing it too. I just try to bring his attention to it.

  • I grind mine at night without knowing it and had to get a guard – I hope you found some answers

  • i am not sure. you could ask her to stop and try to explain why or distract her

  • Just tell her to stop whenever you see it. Its a habit and she needs to break it.

  • you can get a guard from the dentist, it can wear your teeth down if they don’t stop or protect their teeth
