Back in my day these were called Grandmothers! Hope you find someone to help, it can be a many faceted problem when a little person is not sleeping well, it can impact the entire family and how well you all function.

It is so hard when they are not sleeping – hope you found the help you were after.

I’ve been to a sleep centre with my first son when he was 4 1/2mths old and my recommendation would be unless you have hundreds of dollars to spare watch all the supernanny DVDs you can and ask your mum/grandma what techniques they used. Generally speaking a sleep consultant will teach you how to control cry your child. It’s very tough! Good luck
