My step daughter (19) is at uni and has become vegan as a health kick. She plans on doing this for a year or so to see how it benefits her body. She has been doing this for months now, and I must say she looks really good. I would love to get more vegan ideas so she can make some different recipes for herself, and also so I can make her something she will enjoy for dinner when she is home. Even a bit of info on vegan products that are an alternative ingredient so I can learn how to cook with them would be great. Any good brands or products would be appreciated too. Thanks :)

  • I couldn’t imagine not eating a good piece of steak. I would go crazy in a day. I think if you are going to go vegan the most important thing is making sure your body is still getting all the nutrition it needs. Try google for more recipes and ideas.

  • Spices are the trick to having some taste, just google vegan menus and you should get some good ideas. Lets just hope she doesn’t start chaining herself to trees.

  • My Daughters are vegetarians and they love their spices. They gather lots of veggies and fruit and spice them up. They drink a lot of health drinks made from 2 to three veggies and fruit. Their skin is perfect!
