I have put on well over 10 kgs this year and I was already bigger than usual before I put it on. I just can’t seem to lose the weight. Could anyone give me their best tips on how I could shift a few kilos?

  • Just healthy eating and exercise should be enough. You could have a look at what you eat. Cut down on junk, sugar and processed food, decrease certain food and increase vegetables and veggies.

  • Start reducing meal sizes and get used to not having a full stomach. It’s hard for a few days but then you get used to it. Maybe you should go on a cleanse or something for a short time that is reasonably strict to get you used to not being full.

  • Walking is a great way to shape up and lose weight especially this time of the year.

  • try some of the activities and exercises on this site.

  • Did you have your thyroid checked? It regulates the metabolism and that could be responsible for the extra kilos.
