  • A friend of mine had a son with bad eczema. They found just swimming in the ocean gave a lot of relief. I’ve heard olive oil smeared on helps with dryness

  • My husband suffers of dry and sensitive skin and the doctor advised him to us “Dermeze thick cream”. It’s helping him a lot.

  • I would try aloe vera or sorbolene to see if that helps.

  • Lots of water for a start! My daughter (15 months) has eczema and we moisturise at least twice a day or more if its hotter. With the moisturiser, ideally use one with no soaps or perfumes as eczema can be agitated by it. We don’t like bathing or showering her everyday, we try push it to once every 2 days if we can prevent her from getting too dirty.
Coconut oil is a hit and miss but worth a try too!
