I have won a Dyson Vacuum Cleaner on the Asthma Foundation site which I collected from Harvey Norman, a stroller from Babyology, some fabulous books from MOM, mainly DVDs from Girl / Femail Site, Natural Cosmetics from National Pharmacies.

I do enjoy entering competitions to get things for me and others I cannot afford to buy. I have won tickets to Swan Lake, theatre as well. Also gifts for my children grandkids as well. Perfume,creams, books and other things too, so of course I will continue trying and entering as it is fun to do. I also put in crosswords and quizzes for prizes too, as it stimulates my mind as well, improves my knowledge too. The picture below was invitation I won and met Ita Buttross and had lots of fun

I’m trying to win things mostly for my family and sometimes myself. Its not easy! This is a really good site where if you put in some effort it can really go a long way. I don’t go into to heaps of comps as it can take a lot of your time away and lets be real time is precious. I reckon if you keep trying on the sites that recognise your efforts that you put in somethings eventually will come around

I find that entering competitions is like the law of averages, I the more you enter, I the more you are likely to win. I have won books, hampers, tickets, baby bedding.

Just a little update since I was last on here, I’ve now won a sapphire, a canon camera and a hamper of beauty products. Pretty excited about that.

I enter competitions on MOM, facebook, Merlo Club, Brisbane News and whatever else I see around. I’ve managed to win a few things as well. Like a few others have said, you have to be in it to win it! Good luck!
