  • At that age my kids ate lots of fresh fruit and veggies, nuts, boiled egg, cheese, roasted chick peas / broad beans, yoghurt with home made granola, homemade crackers from seeds, vegetable scones, banana pancake (from just banana and egg), homemade icecream, multigrain sourdough bread etc

  • Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Lots of dairy, like milk and sugar free yoghurt. Whole grain breads and rice and pasta. Pretty much anything you cook yourself

  • A waide varity of foods and offer them more than oce. With my kids im always buying new fruits for them to try plus old favourtie and when offering something new just keep putting it on the plaste. Encourage them but don’t force them and show them you tasting it. The same goes with dinner. they should have the same as you but obviously smaller portion and if they don’t eat it don’t worry or make a big deal just move on. But always keep on offering it to them. my kids never se to eat lettuce but i kept on putting it on the plate and now they do. Its happened with so many foods. If they see you eat it they will eat it.
foods to try – any fruits, any veg, cherry tomatoes, raw mushrooms, cheese sticks, crackers, olives, peanut butter and celery, mini quiche, mini pancakes, homemade cakes and biscuits, yoghurts, stewed fruit, etc.

  • my son has a wide range of healthy foods, such as meat, vegies ,fruit and snacks. if your looking for vegetables maybe add dip to change it up. if your thinking about fruit maybe make a nice smoothie. or snacks make your own homemade things healthy of course! let him have lots of healthy foods!

  • Try with coconut chips, roasted chickpeas, celery and carrots with hummus, natural yogurt, and a lot of fruit indeed. Better if not dried fruit.

  • Lots of fruit and veggies! If he is a fussy eater, try make a funky design such as a fruit worm or butterfly! It makes it more appealing :) yogurt and cheese can be a good one, try get a greek yogurt and mix fruit for a healthy treat! You can always make it a fun experience and bake muffins and slices at home with your little one too!
