Make sure you limit drinking alcohol or cutting it out fully, taking pregnancy multi vitamins, and try your very best to relax and not to stress if it will happen that month. I found the more i stressed and tried to get pregnant the more it didnt happen. When i lived life and thought it will happen when it happens along with not eating the foods they say to avoid in pregnany helped me each time. It might sound gross but i also found when you were fertile you kind of had a stickier than normal substance come out of below on the toilet tissue when you wiped your self after going to the loo.
