Any ine have any health and beauty tips they would like to share?

  • I believe for health you need to not be stressed its good to be stress free and for beauty

  • Also; every now and then treat yourself to time at a day spa – good for health and well being too. :)

  • Get sleep, get exercise, get plenty of water and good food and get plenty of time doing the things you love! It really will give you a glow. :)

  • An eye cream and serum is a must have to add to your skin-care routine.

  • I try to drink at least 1.5ltrs of water a day, I wash my face with a men’s face wash called Bulldog it’s the best. My partner used to get heaps of pimples but doesn’t anymore since I brought that for him. I’ve been using it too and have noticed it works well on my skin too. I also use a silk eye mask of a night time to try to prevent wrinkles which can because from rough cotton.

  • I always make sure I moisture twice daily and my face is always soft and smooth. Drinking lots of water, sleeping well, eating well, exfoliate and moisture, exercise often, wear sunscreen when outside are all important for great health.

  • Drinking at least 2 litres of water per day and a great balanced diet. Being happy with yourself spreads positive aura.
    On the makeup side of things, washing your face every night under lukewarm water with a cleansing, toning and moisturing regime keeps skin at its healthiest.

  • I think getting enough sleep is important. Drinking lots of water. And be nice cos it doesn’t matter how good you look on the outside if you’re a horrible/unhappy person on the inside
