  • For any recipes that asks for eggs you can replace it with flax egg, chia egg or egg replacer (look in the health food isle.
There are many diary options available now a days; from diary free butter to diary free yoghurt to diary free cheese to diary free pastry
I work a lot with coconut milk and coconut yoghurt for my youngest

  • Just try lots of healthy veggies and meats and try make things from home so you know exactly what’s in it

  • You might get some great ideas and recipes from a paediatric dietitian or the nurses at your local health care centre

  • I always have my little ones a variety of vegies at that age. Let them pick the veggies up with their hands. Roast veggies were always a hit.

  • I’d go simple. Meat and vege, spag bol etc. Even some muffins with apple sauce to replace the eggs could be an idea.

  • A visit to a dietician and nutritionist may be best to start with. I find google is excellent for special dietary requirements recipes

  • there are also lots of vegan recipes on line for the egg and dairy free part.

  • Meat and veg. Spag bol, tuna with rice and veggies

  • Fruit, vegetables, rice milk, rice and other grains. Lentils, mushrooms, chick peas, Tofu Legumes, baked beans, spaghetti. You can prepare foods to the texture your little one can manage. There are several on line groups of people with various dietary preferences and members share recipes.

  • Check out forksoverknives.com and OneGreenPlanet.com, look up on the internet vegan nut free. Just serve a plate of freshly steamed veg and let her try them all and see what she likes. At that age they just need nutrients from healthy food. A bit of avocado can be mixed into a salad too, or try tahini (sesame seed paste), seeds can also be ground up and sprinkled on veggies.

  • You could use recipes with potatoes, sweet potato, rice, tofu, mashed beans (ie cannellini) Good luck researching this :)

  • There is a cook book called No E.N.D. and it was written by allergy Mums, it is awesome and we worth buying!

  • Join one of the pages for parents of children with allergies they share heaps of recipe ideas.

  • 1 year old?! Are you sure about these allergies? I thought 1 was too young to be tested :/ Good luck with it. My son has just been diagnosed as coeliac and I feel your pain trying to sort out their diet…….and my son has just 1 intolerance!

  • Any recipe will do. You can replace diary with coconut milk, -yoghurt,-butter and vegan cheese. You can replace eggs with flax- or chia eggs. You can replace nuts with a variety of beans. In my experience there are no limits !
