  • Have you thought about surgical treatment ?
The midurethral sling is the most common type of surgery used to correct SUI. The sling is a narrow strap made of synthetic mesh that is placed under the urethra. It acts as a hammock to lift or support the urethra and the neck of the bladder.

  • Always Discreet is good. And Poise is too.

  • You can buy bulk at the Confidence Club https://confidenceclub.com.au/collections/bladder-weakness-pads-for-women
But I’ve heard Poise and Conni are also good.

  • I haven’t use any panty liners yet. Deep inside I think i want to live like I don’t have any leaks …
I have been going to the physio who assures me that it will get better if I do my pelvic floor exercises. So I am hanging in to see if they work or not !

  • I have tried Poise and they work for me. I have been to the doctor and been referred to a specialist, it wasn’t as embarrassing as I thought. Good luck!

  • for mild stress incontinence those Poise liners are good.

  • Teena panty liners are good if you only have minor leakage. Anything bad needs to see a Dr

  • I’ve tried the pelvic floor muscle exercises. Maybe I haven’t done enough of them but I’ve noticed no change. Might be time for a gp visit

  • Pelvic Floor exercises #1. Also keep in mind of activities that cause the incontinence and is there anything you can do to stop doing them, or reduce their impact on your body. e.g. if you exercise and find you leak when running, maybe powerwalk instead until your pelvic floor is stronger. I follow @activewithd on Instagram and she has a lot of pelvic floor friendly tips and exercises

  • Pelvic Floor exercises, there are many great products around that are effective and discrete but nothing beats restoring and strengthening your pelvic floor muscles. Talk to your GP, you may be eligible for a free session with a physio specialising in such issues, you don’t want to be forever ‘dependent’

  • Is there anywhere to purchase them in bulk?

  • Depend and Poise are good – are there others?

  • Have you tried the exercises to improve your pelvic floor? They might help
